The Sailing School
The Sailing School of the Amateur Sports Association Yacht Club Porto Rotondo is regularly affiliated with the Italian Sailing Federation, and its fundamental purpose is to promote sailing education and practice and to bring as many young people as possible to this extraordinary sport.
For a different holiday, which will allow you to sail in the beautiful Gulf of Congianus, a magnificent natural amphitheatre, surrounded by the beaches of Liscia Ruja, Rena Bianca, Ira Beach and the fascinating islands of Soffi and Mortorio, giving you the opportunity to spend some unforgettable moments.
2024 Program
The Sailing School will start on Monday 26th June and will end on Friday 30th August 2024.
It will be weekly, from Monday to Friday (5 days), from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Conditions for joining the course
You must be 6 years old, able to swim easily, in good health (certified by a doctor), and accept the conditions of enrolment and the school regulations.

1st BASIC LEVEL

FINISHING:
. This is only accessible after the evaluation of the instructor.
Costs of the Courses
DISCOVER SAILING - OPTIMIST CLASS:
€ 300,00 + FIV (Italian Sailing Federation) membership card for the complete course (5 lessons);
Boat used: OPTIMIST
DISCOVER SAILING - LASER BAHIA:
15/18 years - Over 18.
€ 300,00 + FIV (Italian Sailing Federation) membership card for the complete course (5 lessons);
Boat used: LASER BAHIA
FINISHING:
€ 350,00 FIV (Italian Sailing Federation) membership card for the complete course (5 lessons);
Boats used: LASER BAHIA (OPTIMIST FOR THE UNDER 15's)
REGATTA:
€ 390,00 + FIV (Italian Sailing Federation) membership card for the complete course (5 lessons);
Boats used: LASER BAHIA
To take part in all the courses you need the FIV card (Italian Sailing Federation). For the issue of the FIV card you must provide a medical certificate that shows a healthy and robust constitution valid for the current year as well as the tax code. Registration for the FIV can be done at the Club's Sports Secretariat.
